New to the rental market, recently refurbished and redecorated throughout, with new carpet and tiled area in kitchen and bathrooms. The house is of course air conditioned and it sleeps 8.

Seats 4 at a beautifully rectangular beautiful glass table, with further seating in the kitchen area

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen which has dishwasher, cooker/extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, Washer/dryer available in garage. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.

Bathrooms
Master suite has w.c. and large walk in shower, house bathroom has w.c. and bath with shower.

Master Bedroom
With Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV.
Cots can be hired at a charge of $3 per day (£1.75) and will be available in the property upon your arrival, please request this on your booking form.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms
The second bedroom has a Double Sized bed and the 3rd has double bottom bunk and two twin beds, Playstation2 and TV with DVD.
